"We were able to get all that, the history of the hotel, the story of the guests," explains Molina.
"That gives us the opportunity to do a lot of marketing with the database that we have already."

"We work all the OTAs from the channel manager. That way we have the inventory. We know how to assign rooms from one place," notes Molina.
